📦 Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then typically takes 7 to 12 business days, so most orders arrive within about 8 to 15 business days from the moment you order. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend and no hidden fees. Your full total is always shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. You can also find it any time from the Track My Order link in the footer, or by contacting us at contact@kigurumi-onesie.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start preparing orders quickly, so contact us as soon as possible at contact@kigurumi-onesie.com if you need a change. We'll always do our best to help before your order is processed. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What now?
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@kigurumi-onesie.com with your order number. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address for you.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship across the United States and to select international destinations, with free shipping on every order. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability for your location.
📏 Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Our onesies are sized by height, not by clothing size. Open the Size Guide on any product page and match your height to the recommended size. If you're between two sizes, size up for a cozier fit.
Do the onesies run large or small?
They're designed as a relaxed, comfortable fit, true to the height ranges in the size chart. For an oversized, extra-snuggly look, feel free to size up.
Are the sizes unisex?
Yes. Adult onesies are unisex and based on height, so they work for everyone. Kids' and babies' sizes follow age and height ranges shown on each product page.
What if my onesie doesn't fit?
No worries. Unworn items in their original condition can be returned or exchanged. See our Refund & Return Policy for the full process.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. Read all conditions in our Refund & Return Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@kigurumi-onesie.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with step-by-step instructions, and return shipping is on us.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may need a little extra time to post it to your account.
Are there items that can't be returned?
Items that have been worn, washed or used, or that are no longer in their original resellable condition, can't be returned. Good news: sale items are eligible under the same conditions, and anything that arrives damaged or defective is fully covered. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.

What are the onesies made from?
Our kigurumi are made from soft, cozy materials designed for comfort. The exact fabric composition for each item is listed in the Features section of its product page.
How do I wash my kigurumi?
As a general guide, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang or tumble dry on low, avoiding bleach and high heat to keep colors bright and the texture soft. Always follow the care label on your specific item.
Are they warm enough for winter?
They're designed to be cozy and comfortable for chilly evenings, loungewear and sleepwear all season long.
Are they safe for kids and babies?
Our kids' and baby onesies are made from soft, comfortable materials. As with any garment, please choose the correct size and supervise young children during use.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with the popular digital wallets available in your region. Every payment method you can use is displayed at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant, SSL-encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Applicable taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination, and shown before you confirm your order.

Can I exchange or return my order?
Yes, you have 30 days to return unworn items in original packaging. Size exchanges are free!
