Soufiane Bousta is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.
This policy explains what we collect when you visit kigurumi-onesie.com or place an order, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

We never receive or store your full card number. Card details are entered directly into Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant checkout and processed by the payment provider you select.

Because we are established in Belgium, our processing is also governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We rely on the following legal bases:

We do not sell your personal information for money.
Some analytics and advertising cookies may qualify as "sharing" or as a "sale" under certain state privacy laws even where no money changes hands. Section 9 explains how to opt out.
You receive marketing email only if you subscribed.
Every marketing email contains a working unsubscribe link and our postal address. Unsubscribing takes effect within 10 business days at the latest, and usually immediately. You can also email contact@kigurumi-onesie.com to be removed.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional emails about an order you have placed.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart and session working, to remember your preferences, to measure site usage, and to measure advertising performance.
Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Site to function. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only where you have accepted them, and you can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent checkout from working.
Depending on where you live in the United States, you may have the right to:
How to exercise them: email contact@kigurumi-onesie.com with the subject line "Privacy Request", and state which right you want to exercise. Include the email address used on your order so we can locate your records.
We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you within that period and explain why.
We may ask you to confirm identifying details of an order before acting on a request, in order to make sure we are not disclosing your data to someone else. We do not use that information for any other purpose.
Authorized agents: you may designate someone to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask for written proof of their authorization.
Opting out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising: use our Your Privacy Choices page, or email contact@kigurumi-onesie.com with the subject line "Your Privacy Choices". You can also opt out by enabling the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser or by rejecting non-essential cookies in the cookie banner. We do not require an account to submit this request.
Global Privacy Control: we recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing for the browser that sends it.
We sell and ship to the United States only, but our website can be visited from anywhere and we are established in Belgium. If you are in the EEA, Switzerland or the UK, you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@kigurumi-onesie.com. We respond within one month, which may be extended by two further months for complex requests, in which case we will tell you within the first month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our lead supervisory authority is the Belgian Data Protection Authority:

The Site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 16. Some of our products are intended for children, but the purchase is made by an adult. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email contact@kigurumi-onesie.com and we will delete it.
We use HTTPS across the Site, and checkout runs on Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. Access to order data is limited to what is necessary to fulfill and support orders.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We are established in Belgium and our service providers are located in various countries, including the United States, Canada and the European Union. Your personal information will therefore be processed outside the United States, and where you are in the EEA it may be processed outside the EEA. Where we transfer data internationally, we rely on the safeguards offered by our providers, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be signalled on this page.
