Track your order

A tracking number is emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch. Tracking information can take 24 to 72 hours to become active after the number is issued, so a number that shows no scan on the first day is normal.

How to track your parcel

1. Open the dispatch email we sent you and copy the tracking number.
2. Enter it on the carrier page linked in that email.
3. If you no longer have the email, contact us with your order number and we will resend your tracking details.

Estimated timeframes

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment being confirmed. After dispatch, delivery takes 7 to 12 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 8 to 15 business days.

Orders shipped in more than one parcel

An order containing several items may arrive in more than one parcel, with separate tracking numbers, at no extra cost to you.

If your tracking has not moved

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 consecutive business days, or your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the latest estimated delivery date, email us with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either resend the order or refund it in full, as set out in section 8 of our Refund and Return Policy.
